Swindon sign Hammer, as Hereford sign Jervis

League One surprise package Swindon Town have signed promising young West Ham striker Frank Nouble on-loan for a month. The 18 year-old joined the Hammer’s from London rivals Chelsea last summer.

The exciting youngster had a run in the West Ham first team earlier in the season but has only just returned to the Hammers from a loan spell from West Brom. West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola has lots of options up front after strengthening his attack during the January transfer window.

The spell at the League One promotion contenders will give the youngster some very valuable first team experience. Nouble will go straight into Swindon’s squad for their game against league leaders Norwich on Saturday.

League Two side Hereford United have signed young Birmingham City striker Jake Jervis on loan until the 17th April, depending on Football League permission. Jervis is the second signing United have made this week after signing Louis Young on loan from Watford.

Jervis is in-line for his Hereford debut on Saturday as they host Bradford City. United have also allowed experienced striker Lee Morris to join Forest Green on loan for a month.
