West Ham have turned down an offer of £9million for wales striker Craig Bellamy from Manchester City. The Hammers do not want to sell any of their best players during the January transfer window. City manager Mark Hughes said last week that he is interested in signing Bellamy and fellow team-mate Scott Parker.
