Sanchez joins Inter Milan

Chile international Alexis Sanchez has moved to Inter Milan on a loan deal that will see him stay until the end of the current season. It is believed that the Red Devils are subsidising the salary of the player who was earning around £400,000 a week.

This will be a relief for Alexis Sanchez who was spending much of his time on the bench after his move to Manchester United.

Indeed the player left Arsenal in January 2018 that saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan move to The Emirates. However the Chilean international will fail to replicate the form that he showed in London where he managed to score 70 goals in 3 seasons. He managed to win the PFA player of the year award after scoring 30 goals and making 17 assists in 2017.

Unfortunately for him he could not achieve the same thing with Manchester United and managed to score only 5 times in 45 appearances for the Red Devils.

This will be a chance for him to revive his career in Italy where he will be linking up with his former teammate Romelu Lukaku. The Belgium international has scored his first goal last week and together they will form one of the strongest attacking partnerships in the Calcio.

Alexis Sanchez is happy for the move and is ready to show what he can do after a poor period at Manchester United. He said that this is a new challenge for him and that he is ready to work hard and help Inter win as many games as possible.

Antonio Conte said that Alexis Sanchez is a world-class striker and that he is delighted to have him in the team. He believes that this is the sort of player that Inter needs in order to get back their glory days.
