Liverpool are again being linked with a move for Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen, in a deal worth £18million. The Danish international is highly-rated and has previously been linked with a move to the Reds.
Liverpool have been looking at strengthening their midfield, but earlier this summer missed out on Armenian international playmaker Henrikh Mkhitryan, who joined Bundesliga club Dortmund instead.
It seems that Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is now ready to turn his attention to Ajax’s exciting young Denmark international midfielder. Eriksen has been linked with a move to the Premier League with Manchester United in the past.
