Hoops boost defensive options by signing Korean star

Struggling Premier League outfit QPR have boosted their defensive options with the signing of South Korean star Yun Suk-Young from Korean club Chunnam Dragons. The 22 year-old has signed a three-and-half year contract with the London club, after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.

Yun was a member of the South Korean side that took a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. The young full-back has also now represented the full Korean side at international level.

The Hoops are also being linked with a host of players ahead of the transfer window shutting on Thursday night. The Hoops are reported to be interested in signing Stoke striker Peter Crouch, former-Blackburn centre-back Christopher Samba from Anzhi and highly-rated Toulouse central midfielder Etienne Capoue.

Hoops boss Harry Redknapp is infamous for his last minute deadline day dealing and this year looks to be no different.
